Founded by merging of 2 local, famous and rival teams Craiovan and Rovine
Griviža. It played in "War Championship" and won the title of
1942-43. (The so-called "War Championship", between 1942-45,
included most of previous clubs of national League, but it was not officially
confirmed, due to WWII circumstances.) After season of 1947-48, FC Craiova
failed in C league, and in the return of season 1948-49, the team dissolved
itself. |
