FC Dinamo filed a complaint with the Commission of Appeals of the Romanian Football Federation (FRF), asking for the "urgent" trying of the sanctions dictated by the Disciplinary Commission, after the incidents provoked by Dinamo fans during the match against Farul, held in Constanta.
A communiqué published on the club’s official website, reads that FC Dinamo asked the Commission of Appeals to try "urgently the measures taken by the Disciplinary Commission, as well as an objective evaluation of the events happened in Constanta, according to the 11th Ordinance, which came into force through the government decision on March 4, 2006."
FC Dinamo communiqué also mentions that the organiser of Saturday’s match, Farul Constanta club was “surprised from all points of view” by the situation crated during the match with Dinamo, as it has broken the article 1 from the Ordinance no 11/2006 for preventing and combating violence in sports. According to the mentioned article, the organisers of the competitions and sports games and the order forces involved have the duty to provide protection and security to spectators, players and officials and to take all the measures to prevent and remove any kind of incidents, before, during and after the end of the game.
